DANC 345 - Theory and Practice of Advanced Ballet Technique(2 credits)
Prerequisite: Consent of instructor
This course is for students with extensive ballet experience. The course will emphasize an awareness of alignment, advanced ballet vocabulary, pointe work, and advanced ballet pedagogy. Advanced ballet follows a traditional ballet structure: barre, center adagio, petit allegro and grand allegro. May be repeated twice for a maximum of six credits.
