This certificate is designed for teachers who are looking to advance their skills in pedagogy supported with instructional technology for the classroom. This program will support teachers in setting up a Universally Designed classroom that meets the needs of diversity, equity and inclusion while promoting computational thinking skills necessary for the students of today. Participants will employ edtech frameworks as a means to select applications and devices that provide active learning environments.

Admission Requirements
- An undergraduate degree
- A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.8 based upon four years of work or a 3.0 undergraduate GPA based upon work completed in the junior or senior years
- Resumé
- One appropriate letter of recommendation
- Official transcripts of all undergraduate and graduate course work
Students should consult the Admission – Graduate section of the catalog for information regarding graduate program application policies and procedures. Required courses (12 credits)
