Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics Minor

The cybersecurity and digital forensics minor provides students with a strong technical foundation in computer science in forensics investigations on digital devices. The program includes a modern approach to network security, cybersecurity incident response, as well as relevant social and ethical issues. As security breaches have become unfortunately common, the demand for cybersecurity professionals is growing, not only in law enforcement but in private industry as well. This program helps students gain a holistic perspective on the field of cybersecurity to prepare students to contribute to this important area.
