PHED 283 - Theory and Practice of Gymnastics

(2 credits)
This course will introduce students to the theory and practice of gymnastics, with an emphasis on developmentally appropriate practices. Gymnastics experiences will focus on content development for all learners. Offered fall and spring semester.
