COMM 519 - Strategic Public Relations Research and Measurement

Prerequisite: COMM 517
Students learn and apply primary and secondary research methods commonly used in public relations including qualitative (e.g., focus groups, interviews) and quantitative (e.g., surveys, content analysis) techniques. They learn how research informs PR campaigns and how to effectively measure and evaluate campaigns. Offered annually.
