COMP 504 - Capstone

Prerequisite: Consent of the department; formal application required
The student completes, individually, a large computer-science related project, normally consisting of software development. The topic is chosen by the student and their faculty advisor, with the consent of the department. A proposal should be approved by the advisor before registering for the course. The project culminates in a written paper, software deliverables and a public oral presentation. Offered fall, spring, summer.
