COMP 436 - Computer Graphics

(3 credits)
Prerequisite: COMP 250 with a minimum grade of “C-“; and MATH 120 or MATH 202
This course includes an introduction to hardware, algorithms and software of computer graphics. Topics include line generators, affine transformations, line and polygon clipping, splines, interactive techniques, menus, orthographic and perspective projections, solid modeling, hidden surface removal, lighting models and shading. Offered periodically. May be taken for graduate-level credit.
