MUSC 362 - Music of the World

This course is designed to help students expand their knowledge and understanding of music in the world. Students will learn to identify some of the distinct characteristics of music of diverse cultures and from various parts of the world. Stylistic and structural elements, forms and musical instruments will be explored. Offered annually. (CFPA; CGCL; CSPI)
