Prerequisite: Consent of the graduate coordinator and the department chairperson; approved thesis proposal is required
Original research undertaken by the MPA student in the field of public administration. Research undertaken is intended to culminate in a formal thesis. Department standards require the student to work closely with their advisor and to phase the work so that the project proposal is carefully designed and approved before the student advances to the next stage. Repeatable: may earn a maximum of six credits. Graded on a (P) Pass/(N) No Pass basis.
