PHED 179 - Pilates

Students will study the Pilates method of “Contrology”, or body conditioning, focusing on strengthening and lengthening exercises. The non-impact exercises can improve posture and enhance flexibility, balance and muscle tone, unite mind and body, and create a more streamlined physique. Offered periodically.
