PHED 169 - Introduction to Adventure Activities

This course is designed to introduce the student to the experiences, philosophy and leadership skills involved in selected cooperative and adventure activities. Students will participate in a variety of cooperative games, problem-solving initiatives, trust activities, and low and high challenge course activities. The Full Value Contract and Choice of Challenge philosophies will guide actions and activity selection. Offered fall and spring semester.
