MGMT 576 - Organizational Change and Leadership

(3 credits)
Prerequisite: ACFI 502; and ECON 500; and MGMT 500; or waiver
This course examines the impact of leadership on the organizational change process within a variety of work settings. New leadership styles and practices emerging in the context of cross-functional structures, joint ventures and project-based organizations provide a special emphasis. Through both in-class exercises and group projects, students learn about approaches to change management and develop awareness of their leadership attributes. Offered alternate years.
