ARTS 221 - Sustainable Science and Art Studio(4 credits) Cross Listed with CHEM 221
Prerequisite: COMM 102
In this studio art and lab science course, students conduct scientific research into environmentally sustainable art materials. Students learn about professional artists who create art with sustainable materials. Students use sustainable art materials that they collect and create to produce expressive works of art in a variety of media. Course is offered in conjunction with CHEM 221 Sustainable Science and Art Laboratory. Offered alternate fall semesters. Additional fee required. (CFPA; CSPI)
