Comprehending the current legal and legislative status and boundaries for cybercrime and cybersecurity is crucial to any level of cyber career. This course prepares students with fundamental legal and policy approaches related to cyberlaw, cybersecurity and cybercrime investigation. This course also discusses and evaluates emerging topics on international security, cyber conflict, and the ongoing development of technology-related policy and legal responses. Offered annually.
