PHED 150 - Beginner Swimming(1 credit)
This course is for the non-swimmer or beginner swimmer (shallow water only). Emphasis is on water adjustment, primary skills, stroke readiness and stroke development comparable to American Red Cross swimming course levels I, II, III. Offered fall and spring.
