MGMT 562 - Strategic Management of Technological Innovation(3 credits)
Prerequisite: ACFI 502; and ECON 500; and MGMT 500; or waiver
This course employs extensive case analyses to explore alternative strategies for the management of new technology. Students develop a systems and process perspective through research on emerging approaches to strategic management, including business process re-engineering, organizational learning, sustainability, concurrent engineering, supply chain management and self-directed teams, among others. Offered alternate years.
