CRJU 326 - Qualitative Methods in Criminal Justice(3 credits) Prerequisite: CRJU 101 and CRJU 202 This course examines qualitative methodologies as they relate to crime and justice. Examples of qualitative methods include ethnography, content analysis, archival research, interviews, narratives and case studies. Students will learn how researchers enter the world of their subjects, build trust, process information and report social phenomena. Offered alternate years. (Formerly CRJU 426)
