ARTS 330 - Painting II: Figure(3 credits)
Prerequisite: ARTS 104 and ARTS 125 and ARTS 130 and ARTS 140 and ARTS 230; and either ARTH 103 or ARTH 104; or consent of instructor
This course will focus on the compositional context of the figure and portraiture from both a historical and contemporary approach. The human form will be studied using both nude and costumed models, using various techniques. Meets six hours weekly. Offered annually. Additional fee required.
