BIOL 360 - Biological Clocks(4 credits) Prerequisite: BIOL 200 with a minimum grade of “C-” or BIOL 251 with a minimum grade of “C-“; or consent of instructor
Corequisite: BIOL 360L This course is an introduction to the basic concepts of biological oscillations. The course will provide an understanding of the behavioral, genetic and anatomical aspects of the endogenous biological clock. An explanation of how circadian rhythms regulate and mediate cellular, behavioral and physiological processes of organisms will occur. Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory weekly. Offered alternate fall semesters. (CWRM)
