MGMT 575 - Managing Human Capital(1.5 credits) Prerequisite: MGMT 509 The 21st century focus of this course is to provide the firm with competitive advantages associated with the organization’s human resources. The course is designed to provide students with the practical skills to effectively manage people. Skill areas include the design, implementation and improvement in recruiting systems, performance evaluation systems, people development practices, reward systems to motivate employees, talent management and retention.
