MGMT 340 - Contemporary Employee Relations

(3 credits)
Prerequisite: MGMT 130 or consent of instructor
The course examines employee relations, policies and practices from economic, behavioral and legal viewpoints. Students learn about contemporary methods of employee organization, employee-management cooperation, representation and dispute resolution in private and public non-union and union work settings in the United States and selected countries. Offered annually.
