MATH 582 - Topics in Problem Solving Using Technology(3 credits) Prerequisite: Admission to the MAT in Mathematics program; or consent of instructor Designed for teachers of mathematics, this course provides and in-depth study of problem solving techniques in mathematics by developing mathematical models based on intuitive understanding of the problem using mathematical approaches and finding solutions using technology. Application problems include topics from different fields of mathematics and science.
