Anthropology of South Asia is a general introductory course that is designed for both anthropology majors and non-majors. This course introduces students to the physical geography of South Asia, and explores the various key aspects of South Asian traditional culture, social systems and transformations, including the Diaspora, and the spread of popular culture outside South Asia.
