Master of Business Administration Learning Outcomes


 

Upon completion of the BSU RCOB MBA program, graduates will be able to:

1. Develop ability to apply knowledge across business functions

1.1. Students will identify strategic, comprehensive, and innovative approaches in making business decisions to create value.

1.2. Students will demonstrate the knowledge of core business functions to solve complex, ambiguous, and unfamiliar management problems in both the domestic and the global environment.

2. Communicate effectively as leaders

2.1. Students will communicate quantitative and qualitative business concepts clearly and concisely in written and oral formats.

2.2. Students will communicate effectively with diverse team members.

3. Demonstrate effective leadership in a team-based environment

3.1. Students will evaluate business situations, recommend suitable leadership practices, and choose appropriate strategies to optimize team performance.
