Pass/No Pass Option for Spring 2020 Undergraduate Courses

In the Spring 2020 semester, Bridgewater State University converted all courses to an online modality in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.  As result, undergraduate students had the option of requesting Pass/No Pass (P/N) grades rather than traditional letter grades for courses offered in the Spring 2020 semester. Prior to Spring 2020, a Pass (P) grade was consider the equivalent of a C or higher. For Spring 2020 only, a Pass (P) grade is considered equivalent to a D- or higher unless otherwise noted on a student’s transcript. Beyond Spring 2020, a Pass (P) will revert back to its original equivalent of a C or higher.
