ARTH 490 - Art History Studies in Oxford

(3 credits)
Prerequisite: Students will normally be expected to be in their junior or senior year
Select topics in art and architecture will range from studies of art movements and styles with a unique British character to luminaries in British art. Connections will be explored with art and architectural traditions in Europe and beyond. Primary sources such as the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford and the National Portrait Gallery in London will be visited. (This is a special summer program in England at Oxford University.) Additional fee required.
